I wish I could remember where I got this recipe, but you know how that goes right? Hopefully, you’ll like this recipe too and will mark us as one of your favorite helpful blogs.
| Ground Beef Casserole |
| Ingredients |
| 1/2 pound ground beef |
| 1/4 medium green pepper, chopped |
| 1/4 medium onion, chopped |
| 2-1/4 cups cooked wide egg noodles |
| 1/4 pound process American cheese, cubed |
| 1/4 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
| 1/4 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken and rice soup |
| 1/4 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted |
| 2 tablespoons milk |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon pepper |
| 1. In a Dutch oven, cook beef, green pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly. |
