We received this yummy recipe from our son’s English French Learning Academy Newsletter. It is a perfect yummy treat for the fall holidays.
- 2 C vanilla ice cream
- 1 C milk
- 2/3 C canned pumpkin
- 1/4 C packed brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin-pie spice (or cinnamon and nutmeg)
- Whipped cream to taste
- Place first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
- Pour 3/4 cup ice cream mixture into each of 4 glasses.
- Top each with about 2 teaspoons whipped cream; sprinkle with the additional pumpkin-pie spice, if desired
