I haven’t been posting any new menus lately, so I thought I’d start now. Let me say that many meals are not made from scratch. I love my local Fresh & Easy store because, like it’s name, items are FRESH and they EASY. As two full-time working parents who don’t get home until a little after 6:00 p.m. every night, meals must be easy. As two parents are health conscious and prefer to eat locally, food must be fresh. Along with shopping at Fresh & Easy we shop at our local farmer’s market & try to grow some vegetables as well (hopefully someday, we’ll be growing all our veges).
Every week, I’ll try to post a new menu. Sometimes items will be repeated. Sometimes, I may include a recipe. Sometimes there will be additional content. Sometimes there won’t. I hope my menu inspires you. Please comment and let us know some of your favorite items so we can all benefit from lots of ideas.
