I’m trying to be good. You know breaking my fast in the morning with something healthy rather than just a cup of tea. The key to me breaking my fast in the morning rather than at lunch is (1) consistency; (2) planning; and (3) ease. I’ve made a little plan which I’m sharing with you below – ‘they’ say that sharing your plan will help you be consistent – so there, I’ve solved items 1 & 2. To make it easy, I shop at Fresh & Easy. I know I go on about that place a lot. No, I am not paid by them. (but, if any Fresh & Easy big whigs are listening, I’d be happy to take your money).
