YLE Vendor Dossier Guidelines

dos·si·er (n.):  A collection of papers giving detailed information about a particular person or subject.

YourLifEvents is currently accepting applications for its Vendor Dossier. 

YourLifEvent’s Vendor Dossier is a collection of wedding and event industry professionals whom we have gathered detailed information for our readers’ benefit.  YLE’s vendor dossier provides discerning clients a resource to high-end vendors whom we have had the pleasure of working with as wedding coordinators, and/or who have demonstrated a high degree of integrity, work product and commitment to the industry.

If you would like to be considered for YLE’s Vendor Dossier, please send an email to advertise@yourlifevents.com with the following information:

1.  Subject line of email:  Your company name, type of service/category (ex. photographer, DJ, etc.), and geographical area

2.  In the body of your email, please provide us with the following information

• # of years your company has been in business (actual business license number required please);
• Is this your full-time occupation?  Please provide any other current professions.
• How many weddings or events has your company serviced? (please do not include your experience as an intern with another company) & the number of employees in your company, including yourself;
• Please provide a resume/professional background with at least 2 client reviews of your work (link to this information is acceptable);
• Your website, the email address you would like listed, your physical address (only City, State is required to be listed but we need your entire physical address) and your phone number;
• Please list at least 3 other industry professionals who have been in the business at least 3 years who can recommend your work;
• Please answer the following question, “What one thing do you wish clients knew BEFORE they came to you for your services?”; and
• How you heard about YLE’s Vendor Dossier.

Please note, there is a $35 non-refundable Application Fee.  We do not refund the fee if your application is denied.
